A California family got quite a surprise when they opened their photo order from CVS and found Tom Brady inside.

In a clip posted on TikTok on Sunday, a user shared an image of the photo their mother expected to find — a group of people posing together, with two of them sporting San Francisco 49ers gear. "The photo my mom ordered to CVS," the user wrote.

But the TikToker went on to reveal what they actually got: a snapshot of retired NFL star Tom Brady posing in a football stadium with his three children, Jack, 16, Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11.

The user also shared a screenshot of a text message that appeared to be from their dad, showing the Brady family photo with "Tom do you want your family photo back???" written on it.

"Mom sent in a picture of you kids to CVS to give grandma for Christmas," he explained in the message. "We just received them today and instead of you guys we get Tom Brady and his kids 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣??????"

Brady, 46, got wind of the post and took a moment to jokingly explain in the comments, "My mom must have been printing some photos out in San Francisco 😅."

The TikTok user replied to Brady, offering to return his photo if he should happen to find himself in the Bay Area in the future. "Next time you're in town we can do a photo swap," they suggested.

Many people in the comments couldn't help but point out the hilarious detail that both families happened to be wearing clothing for rival football teams in the photos. "The best part is that you're in 49ers merch😂," one person wrote to the original poster.

While Brady's mother, Galynn Patricia, will be missing a notable selection from her photo order, she was recently treated to a fun night out by her famous son. The former quarterback took her and his father Tom Brady Sr. to the star-studded opening of the Fontainebleau hotel in Las Vegas on Thursday.

Throughout the evening, Brady shared more then a dozen photos, including two shots of his parents smiling for the camera. He also posted a picture of his family sitting together around a table, captioning it, "The Brady Bunch minus 1!”

"We miss you Nancy!" he added, referring to his sister's absence from the soirée.

Brady has been keeping busy since retiring from football in February, including spending lots of quality time with his kids. Last month he shared photos of himself enjoying a sunny snorkeling outing with Vivian and Benjamin, whom he shares with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen.

"I did Michigan and Massachusetts winters for a long time. Let me have this 😂🦞☀️," he quipped in the caption in a nod to his many cold winters while playing for the New England Patriots.

Also in November, Brady hit the basketball court to shoot some hoops with his two sons. He posted several photos on his Instagram Story capturing the brothers' friendly competition as they played against each other.

The previous week, Jack — whom Brady shares with ex Bridget Moynahan — got an opportunity to meet one of basketball's rising stars — San Antonio Spurs rookie Victor Wembanyama, the NBA's No. 1 draft pick. The two posed for a photo together, along with Brady, who captioned it, "3 on 3 who's got next?!"
