Tom Brady Could Be the Next Iron Man After Wearing Infinity Gauntlet

Tom Brady has become quite the jokester on social media and now he has really outdone himself by teasing a jump to another team -- The Avengers.

The 6-time Super Bowl Champion just posted an image of himself wearing a replica of Tony Stark’s version of the Infinity Gauntlet with the following caption: "Think I’m gonna try a glove on my throwing hand this year."

It didn't take long to make the Internet respond with tons of memes and bad jokes.

Many are suggesting that Tom should star in "Iron Man 2.0" and the big stars of the original have already weighed in of the fun.

The Russo Brothers, directors of “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Avengers: Endgame,” believe Brady is ready to fill in for Tony Stark. “Iron Man 2.0,” they wrote in the comments of the NFL star's Instagram post.

Brady's fans responded to the tweet with photoshopped version of the New England Patriots quarterback wearing a version of the Infinity Gauntlet with his six Super Bowl rings in place of Marvel's famed Infinity Stones.

Some have gone as far as remixing photos to outright put Brady in the place of Thanos.

Brady has been very active on social media lately, and has revealed some interesting things ... like his longtime friendship with Peyton Manning.

After the two stars posed together in a recent pic, Brady wrote, "Spoiler alert... we were friends this whole time. Always great to see you Peyton!"

The two football legends went to war against each other many times over their careers in the NFL, often in the AFC Championship. They played each other roughly 17 times over their careers with Brady holding the edge with a record of 11-6 over Manning.

Perhaps it's time for Manning to jump into a superhero role and the two can battle it out in the MCU, instead of the NFL.
