On Tuesday, Apple TV+ unveiled the full-length trailer for the upcoming sports docuseries, The Dynasty: New England Patriots, which chronicles the football team's reign over the NFL during the 2000s.

Based on the acclaimed, best-selling book by Jeff Benedict, the 10-part limited series will look back on the rise of one of the most dominant sports dynasties of the 21st century.

At the center of what Apple TV+ is dubbing a "documentary event" are three people who were pivotal figures in the transformation and dominance of the New England Patriots: quarterback Tom Brady, coach Bill Belichick and owner Robert Kraft.

The three will offer "the definitive story of the team’s remarkable reign," according to the streaming platform.

The streamer added that "the docuseries explores the franchise’s 20-year journey, from the unique chemistry that fueled six Super Bowl wins to the internal strife that sparked a turf war. From the owner’s suite to the locker room, the series reveals an insider’s look at the road to — and cost of — greatness."

The docuseries directed by Matthew Hamachek and produced by Brian Grazer and Ron Howard’s Imagine Documentaries promises to give fans a look at never-before-seen video footage and a chance to hear audio files from the Patriot franchise's archives.

In addition to Kraft, Belichick, Brady, players past and present as well as coaches, executives, officials, rivals and those who had access to the team at the time will also speak on camera about what they recall from those two decades of dominance.

The Apple TV+ series, meanwhile, will mark Brady's latest look back at his career following the Facebook Watch's Tom vs Time and ESPN+'s Man in the Arena: Tom Brady.

The former quarterback, who followed his time on the Patriots with three seasons playing for Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2020 to 2022, has also made headlines with his ongoing podcast, Let’s Go! with Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray.
