Max also released a new trailer, which you can watch above, with American journalist Jake Edelstein (Elgort) saying that he loves the “unpredictability” of his job, “never knowing what’s coming next.” And on cue, he’s drawn into an ever-expanding Tokyo underworld complete with masked gunmen, a witness who’s scared to testify and a powerful criminal syndicate that’s seemingly above the law.

The 10-episode Season 2 “takes us deeper into the city’s criminal underworld,” according to the official description, “as Adelstein comes to realize that his life, and the lives of those close to him, are in terrible danger.” Elgort returns along with fellow cast members Ken Watanabe, Rinko Kikuchi, Rachel Keller, Show Kasamatsu and Ayumi Ito. Joining the cast as series regulars in Season 2 are Yosuke Kubozuka and Miki Maya.
