Based on the namesake manga series written and illustrated by Ken Wakui, Tokyo Revengers is a science fiction action thriller anime TV show. The plot revolves around Takemichi Hanagaki, a 26-year-old underachiever, who, through a series of unusual events, ends up in the body of his teenage self and decides to reshape the past in such a way that his former girlfriend, Hinata Tachibana, will not be killed the future. However, the more he tries to fix things, the more complicated they become.

However, Tokyo Revengers is one of the most popular anime TV shows of recent years. It’s likely a matter of time before it’s renewed for the fourth season. Ken Wakui’s manga series is a completed project, originally published between March 1, 2017, and November 16, 2022. As the third season covers the Tenjiku Arc of the story, there are still two more arcs, Bonten and Final, that are left to be explored, and future seasons of Tokyo Revengers can do that.
Alternatively, the creators of Tokyo Revengers can develop an anime film set immediately after the events of season 3, with season 4 serving as the concluding chapter for the anime section of the sprawling franchise.
