The toilets stopped working at Rutgers' stadium
Jokingly calling Rutgers “Buttgers” for years has led to this moment.
During the second quarter of the Scarlet Knights’ game against Michigan State, fans learned of some, uh, unfortunate news. There was a water pressure issue at High Points Solutions Stadium.
If fans wanted to use the restroom they had to exit the stadium. For real.

There is a water pressure issue inside High Point Solutions Stadium. You can go to the porta-johns outside and be readmitted. No joke. #RUtgers

Rutgers having "Water Issues" and they ask fans to LEAVE the stadium to use porta potties. They will be welcomed back.

That certainly explained these predicaments:
Rutgers football @rutgers where NONE OF THE TOILETS ARE FLUSHING IN THE ENTIRE STADIUM. Really!?!?! #fixthisnow

You can’t make this stuff up.
Poor Rutgers. Or should I say, more like Buttgers?
