TMZ’s Harvey Levin Shares New Information About Jussie Smollett Case

In the early hours of January 29, 2019, Empire actor Jussie Smollett claims he was attacked by two men using racial and homophobic slurs. He claims they threw bleach on him, tied a noose around his neck and yelled, “This is MAGA country.”

As police investigated, however, they say they found evidence to show that Smollett hired the men and orchestrated the attack. Smollett denies all allegations and stands firm with his claim of being a victim of a hate crime.

On Wednesday’s episode of Dr. Phil, Dr. Phil speaks with TMZ’s Harvey Levin, who says that while there is a lot of evidence to suggest that Smollett staged the attack, there is also other evidence.
