Tish Cyrus Wishes Daughter Miley Happy Birthday as She Shares Photos from Family Thanksgiving: 'Ride or Die'

Miley Cyrus turned 31 on a very special day: Thanksgiving!

The pop star celebrated her birthday on Thursday alongside friends and family. And the following day, mom Tish Cyrus shared a tribute to her daughter on social media.

The first photo in the post showed the mother-daughter duo posing side by side as they flashed wide smiles, while in the second, Miley could be seen lounging on a couch behind Tish, making a funny face for the camera.

"It’s so hard to believe your [sic] '31' @mileycyrus not sure how time keeps flying by so quickly," wrote the proud mom, 56. "What I do know is I thank God everyday for sending you to be my 'little girl'... I could not love you more and than I do."

She also shared a snapshot of her loved ones — including new husband Dominic Purcell — as they gathered in honor of Thanksgiving, as seen in a post on her Instagram grid Friday.

"So happy to call these beautiful people FAMILY ❤️ Happy Thanksgiving from my family to all of yours❤️," Tish wrote in the caption.

She and actor Purcell, 53, married in Malibu in August. "I’m so happy with how it turned out. I wouldn’t change a thing," Tish previously told Vogue of her wedding day."

Miley previously marked her new chapter by putting on a pre-Thanksgiving performance Tuesday for her loved ones at Los Angeles’ Chateau Marmont hotel.

And as she explained in an Instagram post, "My birthday gift to MYSELF this year was VERY on brand."

"I performed for MYSELF and sang my favorite songs including my own," the "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker captioned a compilation of clips and images from the night. "First 'live' performance of 'Flowers' was to an audience full of my friends and family."

"Taking this song back to the seed ... she sprouted sensationally," she added. "Grateful for the growth in us both. 🌹💋❤️ With Love, Miley."
