Tinsley Mortimer and Her Mugshot Make Their Debut on ‘RHONY’

On The Real Housewives of New York City, we’re introduced to new cast member Tinsley Mortimer, who recently had a run-in with the law, due to a tumultuous relationship. Mortimer, a former socialite from Palm Beach, Fla., moved to New York City to start over. Her reputation preceded her, and the other cast members discuss her stalking her ex-boyfriend.

Mortimer seems mostly embarrassed by the mugshot, saying that her eyebrows looked crazy, like they were “flying off her face.” But she’s glad she had her lashes on.

Mortimer explains the arrest: In her prior relationship, police were called several times. She and her ex had broken up a couple days before the arrest, and when she went back to retrieve a handbag, she discovered that the boyfriend had a trespass warning on her, which led to her arrest.

Although Mortimer is somewhat embarrassed by the whole ordeal, she’s more than happy to talk about, it saying, “It feels really awkward, but at the same time, it’s like — almost like my therapy to get rid of this whole situation.”

Real Housewives of New York City airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
