Timor Scooter Driver Assesses Extreme Damage Caused by Tropical Cyclone

A scooter driver captured some of the damage caused by Tropical Cyclone Seroja in residential areas of Kupang, Indonesia, on April 6.

The peak of the cyclone hit the Indonesian province on April 5 and triggered flash floods and landslides, leaving at least 128 people dead and thousands displaced, local media reported.
