When they started dating

Brad Pitt was one of the hottest actors of the 90s. As one of the sexiest men alive, Pitt's personal life became the talk of the tabloids.

Early in his career, he dated Robin Givens, Juliette Lewis and Gwyneth Paltrow.

After his break up with Paltrow, Brad was set up on a blind date with Jennifer. The couple's date was arranged by their agents.

Their marriage

After nearly two years of dating, Pitt proposed to Aniston.

On July 29, 2000, the couple married at their home in Malibu. It was a star-studded affair, guests included the cast of Friends, Edward Norton, and Salma Hayek.

Pitt and Aniston settled into married life, while also maintaining their acting careers. Brad even made a guest appearance on Friends, playing a high-school enemy of Rachel's.

When Brad and Jennifer married, the media attention didn't stop. The couple was often bombarded with questions on when and if they'd start a family.

Their divorce

In January 2005, Pitt and Aniston stunned Hollywood when they announced their divorce.

Jennifer and Brad seem to have no hard feelings against each other. The two appear to be friends and Brad was even invited to Jennifer's 50th birthday party back in February.
