The producers from the Bachelor franchise are clearly the captains of Team No Sleep, because there is quite literally no break with any of these shows. Once Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia's joint season of The Bachelorette wrapped on September 20, the newest Bachelor was announced at their finale—ICYMI, the new leading man is Zach Shallcross (one of Rachel's final dudes)!

Zach's Bachelor season literally started filming just days after on September 26 (!!!), so ABC went ahead and announced all of the ladies who may be coming for his heart soon thereafter.
