What is the 'Big Brother' Pressure Cooker competition?

The "Big Brother" cast entered the Pressure Cooker for the first time since 2005 on Thursday, with the winner being crowned HOH.

Back in 2005, houseguests competed for the title of HOH by going inside a large glass box and placing a finger on a button. The person to take their finger off their button last won. For added difficulty, the show also released flies and the smell of dead fish into the box. The season 6 contest lasted nearly 14 hours, according to Screen Rant. It was the longest competition in "Big Brother" history.
