Tim Robinson Announces ‘I Think You Should Leave’ Tour

Tim Robinson is bringing his beloved sketch comedy show “I Think You Should Leave” to the stage.

The comedian has announced a live tour inspired by his hit Netflix show with a limited-run of 2024 dates starting in New York City’s Beacon Theatre on April 2. He’ll go on to make stops in Chicago, Detroit, Nashville, Houston, Fort Worth, Phoenix, San Diego and San Francisco before a final show at Los Angeles’s Greek Theater on May 11.

Robinson will be joined by co-creator Zach Kanin for all dates, with a slew of surprise guests to be announced. Tickets for all announced dates go on sale Friday, Feb. 9 at 10 a.m. local time with pre-sales starting Feb. 7 at 3 p.m.

The series, created by Robinson and Kanin in 2019, is best known for its off-the-wall comedy style, usually punctuated by a wild performance from Robinson himself. The show released its third season on Netflix last May, for which it garnered two Emmy wins including one for Robinson for outstanding actor in a short form comedy. Upon its 2019 premiere, Variety TV critic Daniel D’addario called the show “one-of-a-kind” and “proudly niche.”

It’s not yet clear what the format of the live show will look like but we can expect it be a mix of live improv, comedy and pre-scripted sketches featuring the show’s distinct comedy style and observational humor.
