Tim McGraw is bringing his black hat back to Milwaukee.

The country star on Friday announced the dates for his 2024 Standing Room Only tour, including an April 19 concert at Milwaukee's Fiserv Forum. McGraw is scheduled to release his latest album, also titled "Standing Room Only," Aug. 25; the title track is already climbing up the country charts.

Carly Pearce, a headliner in her own right, is the opener on McGraw's 30-city-plus 2024 tour, which starts March 14 in Jacksonsville, Fla.

Tickets for the Milwaukee concert go on sale at 10 a.m. Aug. 4 at ticketmaster.com and fiservforum.com. Ticket prices weren't immediately available.

McGraw's Fiserv Forum show will be his first in Milwaukee since the pandemic. Not that he hasn't been busy: In 2021, McGraw and his country-star wife Faith Hill starred in the streaming series "1883," a prequel to Taylor Sheridan's "Yellowstone."

Among McGraw's past Milwaukee stops: a show with Hill at the BMO Harris Bradley Center in 2017, a Summerfest headlining gig in 2016 and a spot on the bill at Harley-Davidson's 100th anniversary bash (the one with Elton John at the top of the bill).
