Tim Heidecker and Gregg Turkington Share First Trailer for New Movie Mister America : Watch
Tim Heidecker and Gregg Turkington have shared the first trailer for their upcoming film Mister America. The film is set in the universe of the duo’s absurd movie review series “On Cinema at the Cinema” on Adult Swim. Mister America finds Heidecker’s “On Cinema” character running for public office in San Bernardino County, California. “He’s running for district attorney, which is not gonna really happen because he’s not a lawyer, he doesn’t live in San Bernardino,” Turkington says in the trailer. Mister America hits theaters October 9 date via Magnolia Pictures. This year, Drag City issued a “deluxe, hardbound, episode-by-episode guide” to “On Cinema.”
