Tim Curry Joins Fox's 'Rocky Horror' Remake as Criminologist Narrator

Antici…. pation just skyrocketed for Fox’s The Rocky Horror Picture Show remake.

Emmy winner Tim Curry, who originated the iconic role of Dr. Frank-N-Furter on the London stage and played the role in the subsequent 1975 film, is boarding the reboot as the Criminologist Narrator, the network announced Friday.

Curry joins previously announced cast members Laverne Cox (Orange is the New Black) as Dr. Frank-N-Furter, Victoria Justice (Victorious) as Janet, Ryan McCartan (Heathers: the Musical) as Brad, Adam Lambert (Glee, American Idol) as Eddie, Reeve Carney (Penny Dreadful) as Riff Raff, and Staz Nair (Game of Thrones) as Rocky.

Fox’s two-hour Rocky Horror is slated to air this fall, and will reimagine the cult-classic musical comedy, which was released in theaters 40 years ago and has spawned regular midnight singalong screenings and a Broadway spinoff in the ensuing decades.
