TikTok Star Randy Gonzalez Of Father-Son Duo Enkyboys Dies Of Colon Cancer At 35

Randy Gonzalez, the beloved TikTok star and father, has died at the age of 35.

As reported by TMZ, Gonzalez, known for comedic skits with his son, Brice, died on Jan. 25 while in hospice care. In April 2022, the viral star revealed he had been diagnosed with colon cancer and was given a few short years to live.

“The doctor said I had two, three years to live, and he said with chemo, I have five years to live,” he said, according to Complex. “And you know, I didn’t know how to take it. It was devastating.”

After his diagnosis, Gonzalez created a GoFundMe campaign to help pay for his treatments after the cancer center denied his insurance, quickly raising over $250,000.

Gonzalez and his young son, Brice, captured the hearts of many with their Enkyboys TikTok account. The father-son duo amassed over 15 million followers on the platform and spent Randy’s last months raising awareness about colon cancer.

The duo posted their last video on Dec. 7.

After news of the social media sensation’s passing made headlines, many fans took to Twitter to share their reactions to his death.

“Too many young people are dying of colon cancer. We need more education and better screening to save lives,” one person said on Twitter.

“He was so young, this is so sad. And for him to have that much joy and fun with his family while sick, and was able to share with us is amazing,” wrote another.

“Randy was only 35 & succumbed to colon cancer? The screening age needs to include people as young as him…maybe younger. RIP Randy,” someone else tweeted.

George Lopez, who stars alongside Brice on the television sitcom Lopez vs Lopez, shared his condolences to the family on Instagram, writing, “The love and the bond Randy had for his son and his family was undeniable, you can see it in every video. He will be missed, but never forgotten. My heart goes out to the entire family. Dios te bendiga.”
