Tigers Jaw Share New Song “Warn Me”: Listen

Emo band Tigers Jaw have shared a new song titled “Warn Me,” their first since the release of their last album spin. The new track sees founding members Ben Walsh and Brianna Collins joined by Teddy Roberts (who’s played with the band since 2015) and Colin Gorman (who’s played off and on with Tigers Jaw since 2013). Listen below.

“‘Warn Me’ is about being blindsided by something positive in your life. It’s that moment when you realize you normalized unhealthy relationships or behaviors. I’ve been hesitant in the past to write from a more positive point of view, but my entire personal life went through an upheaval a few years back and it inspired me to see things through a new lens,” the band’s Ben Walsh explained in a statement.

Tigers Jaw have also announced their signing to Hopeless Records, with a new album to come later this year. “Warn Me” does not appear on the album, but the band says the song “offers a preview of their new and expanded sonic approach.” The forthcoming full-length was recorded with the band’s longtime collaborator Will Yip.
