PEOPLE confirmed that Haddish faced a DUI charge after being arrested by the Beverly Hills Police Department (BHPD) at the time. Haddish, who was arrested after authorities were notified about a woman behind the wheel of a vehicle that had stopped but was still running on Beverly Drive, was released that same day.
