Tiffany Haddish reveals hilarious scientific experiments guys had to pass to get a second date

Actress and comedian Tiffany Haddish appeared on “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert,” Thursday, where she revealed the scientific experiments she conducted on potential suitors. Haddish brandished a microscope and eagerly discussed her love of science.

“I'm a hard core scientist,” said Haddish. “I love looking at germs and bacteria, I wipe door knobs, all kinds of stuff. I look at everything.”

Haddish said she actually uses her love of science to help her decide who she should date. Following a first date, she would swab the other person's cup and study the bacteria growth in a petri dish.

“Now, if they had too much candida going on,” said Haddish, “I’m never going out on another date. Not kissing them. Nothing. But if it's a nice healthy amount, you know, because we all got them - we all got bacteria - but if it's a healthy mouth, then you know, second date.”

Put that in a Petri dish, you know, let that bake for, you know, let it do what it do. Then I would put it on the slide, and I would look at it see what they got going on in their mouth.

STEPHEN COLBERT: Tiffany explains that her experiment would help to decide how to proceed with the relationship.

TIFFANY HADDISH: Now, if they had too much candida going on, I'm never going out on another date. I'm not kissing them, nothing.
