Tiffany Haddish has been charged in her second DUI case following her arrest last month after allegedly being found asleep at the wheel in a parked car in Beverly Hills, California last month, Rolling Stone confirmed.

The Afterparty actress and comedian was charged with two misdemeanor counts: driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol level of at least 0.08 percent. She is scheduled for arraignment on Dec. 22.

A representative for Haddish did not immediately respond to Rolling Stone‘s request for comment.

On Nov. 24, Haddish was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence. According to a Beverly Hills Police Department public information officer, police responded to a call of a person blocking a roadway, possibly slumped over the wheel. When responding officers arrived and found Haddish, a DUI investigation was conducted and Haddish was arrested. The comedian was booked and released several hours later.

Hours before the arrest, the comedian performed at the West Hollywood Laugh Factory, at a free Thanksgiving event, TMZ reported.

The incident marked the second time in two years that Haddish had been arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was arrested in Georgia in January 2022 after witnesses reported seeing a driver “asleep at the wheel.” The separate case remains ongoing, with Haddish reportedly due back in court on Dec. 4.

In a interview last month with ET, Haddish said that such an incident “will never happen again,” and added that she wanted to seek help “so I can learn balance and boundaries.”
