Tiffany Haddish Charged Following Second DUI Arrest In November

According to TMZ, Tiffany Haddish has been charged on a second DUI arrest that took place in November.

The 44-year-old actress and comedian was charged on two misdemeanors, including: driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a .08 percent blood alcohol content. The Girl’s Trip star was allegedly observed sleeping in her running vehicle in the middle of Beverly Drive, leading to her being arrested.

She received her first DUI in January of last year, when she was caught sleeping behind the wheel in Atlanta, Ga. However, she was eventually released after posting a $1,666 bond.

Following her most recent DUI — which happened on Nov. 24, the same day she performed at the West Hollywood Laugh Factory — the Los Angeles native told ET, “This will never happen again. I’m going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries.”

During her comedy set at the Laugh Factory, she also joked about the incident.

“What happened last night?” Haddish rhetorically asked the audience. “Ah, damn. You tell me. I don’t know.”

She also poked fun at her first arrest while visiting the The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last year.

“I can say this, Jimmy. I’ve been praying to God to send me a new man. A good man,” she started. “And God went ahead and sent me four… in uniform. And now I got a really great lawyer, and we’re going to work it out. I’ve got to get my asking of things to God a little better!”

Per the outlet, Haddish’s arraignment has been scheduled for Dec. 22.
