ORIGINAL STORY (January 25, 2023): Tiffany & Co. is the latest brand rumored to release a collaboration with Nike. Sneaker insiders are claiming that the jeweler and the footwear giant are teaming up for the first time, after Diamond Supply Co.'s Nicky Diamonds brought the iconic 'Tiffany Blue" color to the Nike SB Dunk Low back in 2005.

According to close sources, the new collaboration will highlight the Air Force 1 Low. Although it's unclear as of writing what exactly the design will look like, leaked images suggest that it will feature all-black AF1s with a nubuck upper, which is accentuated with "Tiffany Blue" Swooshes on the sides. The kicks will also reportedly come with chrome adornments at the heel with etched labels. In replacement of the usual shoelaces, the shoes come with roped laces, referencing the handles of Tiffany & Co.'s bags.

The collaboration is called "1837," the jeweler's sub-line that features bracelets, rings and necklaces with "1837" branding as an ode to the founding year of Tiffany & Co.

Not much information is available just yet regarding the official release date or price, but the Tiffany & Co. x Nike Air Force 1 Low "1837" is expected to drop sometime this spring season with a $400 USD price tag. Stay tuned as we learn more.

In other footwear news, Nike has added a subtle chrome detail to its classic Air Force 1 Low.
