Tiffani Thiessen is grateful for all the different stages of her career.

Speaking with PEOPLE about her partnership with Welly, the actress took a look back at some of her most iconic projects and says that "each one of them has meant something to me."

"Each one has been part of something, a particular time frame in my life. The very first big show that I had, of course, was Saved By The Bell, which was huge for me," she says.

Thiessen says the teen sitcom was "like me starting a whole new world."

"It was being in front of the camera and on TV and traveling, all of that," she explains. "So that made a huge impact on my life, probably more than any other show."

While she's most often recognized for Saved By The Bell and Beverly Hills, 90210, Thiessen says she has a soft spot for other projects she's tackled as well.

"I do have special shows that have meant a lot to me. White Collar came as I had my first child. I lived in New York then and I was and still am extremely close with that cast," she says. "That one sits really close to my heart."

Of her varied body of work, Thiessen says, "they all mean something different for me."

The actress and author — mom to son Holt, 8½, and daughter Harper, 13 — partnered with Welly on their Happy Campers Kit, a limited-time trunk full of summer camp goodies approved by the seasoned camp mom herself.

"My kids love and are obsessed with Welly bandages. They think they're the best, which I agree with, so it's been really fun working with them and creating this really fun Happy Campers kit. It really helped my son get even more excited and calm the nerves a little bit," she shares.

The new kit includes a special collection of essentials and extras to give parents peace of mind and help campers thrive during overnight camp. The limited-edition camp trunk includes $400+ worth of goodies for campers and parents, from customized stationery and Camp Parent swag, to first aid essentials, the comforts of home, fun for the whole bunk and much more.

No stranger to an action-packed scene, Thiessen has obtained a number of injuries on set.

"The biggest one was when I was doing a show called Fastlane and I was doing a fight scene. In the middle of the fight scene, I slipped and fell into this car that I was coming out of and sliced my arm open pretty badly. Ended up with a few stitches, so that was probably the worst injury I've gotten on set."

Regardless of which era her fans have followed, Thiessen is grateful to get the chance to connect with people who share fond memories from throughout her career.

"That's what social media should be all about! I've been able to show more of who I really am with shows like Dinner at Tiffani's, where it's really me and not a character," she says.

"Now that everything is pretty much videos and you can go back anytime you want, it's fun. And now with social media, I can share who I am in real-time. I think and hope that my fans see more of who I really am through those platforms."
