Um, wowza. Tiffani Thiessen just dropped a rare swimsuit photo on Instagram with an iconic caption and her super-sculpted legs and arms on full display. In the pic, she's hitting the beach in a sleek, black one-piece, and it is everything.

While standing in front of beautiful boulders in Mendocino, California, the Saved By The Bell actress struck the ultimate power pose.

"When you get caught trying to find a place to pee," the actress captioned the photo. Celebrities—they're just like us.

Fans freaked out in the comments. "HELLO. I didn’t realize they were making a new Baywatch series!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥," one said. "HOT MOM 🚨," commented another. "🔥🔥🔥 SMOKESHOW!!!," a follower said. This photo definitely warrants the all-caps. YGG, Tiff!

The 90210 actress is dedicated to her fitness routines and says it helps her feel well-rested. "Exercise helps everything, and it 100% impacts my sleep," she told Self. "If I don’t get my normal exercise in, I see a huge difference in how my body feels later that night—it makes it hard to fall asleep, and I’ve found it messes with the quality of my sleep as well."

Tiffani doesn't like doing the same thing every day, so she varies her workouts while still hitting her fitness goals. "I do strength training and HIIT classes Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and then I do mat Pilates on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On the weekends I usually go hiking," she told Self.

She even shared a pic from one of those hikes on Instagram.

But wait, there's more! Tiffani also gave her fave Peloton instructor a shoutout when talking about her pandemic workouts. "Cody [Rigsby] was my favorite on Peloton. He got me through every ride that I did. I love him; he’s the cutest cheerleader ever," she said.

While the early days of the pandemic shut a lot of gyms down, Tiffani has now returned to in-person training, too, where she said she missed the interactions and connections that group workout spaces provide.

Tiffani fuels her body with a classic breakfast option—avocado toast. “Being from California, avocado toast is very popular in our house, we have it almost every morning,” Tiffani told People in 2020.

She also said that she is very conscious of balancing her diet, and that "80 percent of the time I’m eating very well, and 20 percent of the time I’m a little more adventurous.” Sounds like a good plan to me!
