The Tick trailer reveals Arthur's in trouble when season 1 returns
Faster than a speeding bullet, a new trailer for The Tick has arrived to reveal footage from the second half of season 1, which is dropping on Amazon Feb. 23, 2018.
With Arthur (Griffin Newman) in the clutches of The Terror (Jackie Earle Haley), it’s up to “the big blue yonder” (Peter Serafinowicz) to team up with his buddy’s allies in order to save the day. “I have friends who are superheroes and when they get here, oh, you’re going down, sucker,” Arthur says, fighting through his crippling anxiety. Though it doesn’t have the desired effect.
The new footage comes as creator Ben Edlund gathered for a panel at New York Comic Con on Saturday with cast and crew, including Serafinowicz, Newman, Haley, Valorie Curry, Brendan Hines, Yara Martinez, Scott Speiser, and Michael Cerveris.
With a return date now in sight, fans and newbie viewers have plenty of time to catch up on the first half of season 1 before new episodes kick off next year.
