Research shows that 84% of people who make New Year’s resolutions throw them away by the first of February. One common resolution every year is to lose weight. In his new book, The 17 Day Kick-Start Diet, Dr. Mike Moreno says that there are three pillars to pay attention to as you begin your journey. “We live in this society where we want everything yesterday. So, I think we want to see rapid results, but they have to be done in a healthy, likeable, affordable, and most of all sustainable way, so we’re looking for long-term change,” Dr. Mike tells Dr. Phil on Tuesday’s episode.
