‘This Is Us’ Reveals Images of Jack’s Funeral

Tuesday’s This Is Us showed the first images of Jack’s funeral and revealed when he died. In the episode, Jack was busy being his good dad self. He consoled Randall, whose birthday was sparsely attended, and vogued with Kate to cheer her up.

Those adorable moments were contrasted by images of his funeral. The show cut to a gray scene with his picture next to an urn. Kate, Kevin, and Randall watched on. We learn that he died when the kids were teenagers.

Fans of the show reacted on social media, noting that the show pulled more heartstrings than usual. Some even feared the episode in which they would have to watch him die.

Thankfully, there were enough sweet moments with him and the children to lift viewers’ spirits.
