A sure sign that spring is here and summer is just around the corner is the opening of the area farmers markets. Head to Weasel Boy Brewing and sample local brews and all the farmers market offers. The Perry Morgan Pickers are scheduled to perform as you shop. The market will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays from March 23 until April 27. For more information call 740-455-3767. Disco dancing

Buckeye Lake Winery will host Circa 79 Band from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday. If you long to break out the bell bottoms and dance your disco-loving heart away, this show was made for you. Enjoy classic 1970s hits all while showing off on the dance floor. The central Ohio-based band performs covers of classic rock and disco favorites. The winery will also host a wedding expo from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday. The free expo will showcase local vendors and offer tastings and a mimosa bar. Mystic fun

Ravens and Broomsticks Mystic Faire returns to the Southgate Hotel on Saturday. Vendors will have booths available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for shopping. Hosted by Ravens and Broomsticks Events along with StefAnie McCain, it’s sure to be a fun time. Purchase new crystals, get a tarot reading done, or find the perfect unique gift. The Enchanted Garden and McAlpine Meadery, Viking Woman Creations, Lily's Divine Arts, Moonflower Fortunetelling and more will be on hand. The event is $5 per person at the door, and door prizes will be awarded. Those wishing to increase their chances at a door prize can donate a bag of dog or cat food to receive extra tickets. Zack Attack

Get transported back to Bayside High as Zack Attack performs at Kick-N-Ax. The show is scheduled to run from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, March 30. Zack Attack recently performed at the Roto Rama Raffle event and according to their website, they bring "...tight vocals, thumping beats, rocking guitars, sick synths and more antics than the Animaniacs to every show." The Hibachi Hut will be on-site serving some of the best rice dishes around. Upcoming at the venue is Sweet Misery, who will perform at 8 p.m. on April 6. For more information call 740-487-0007. DJ Naps
