Monday Night Blues

7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 26. Seville Quarter, 130 E. Government St. Seville Quarter and the Blues Society of Northwest Florida are bringing the “blues” back to the Seville Quarter Entertainment District. Jazz that Made History

Feb. 12 through 27. Jazz Pensacola and the West Florida Public Libraries are partnering to present a series of free library concerts by Joe Occhipinti and the JazzAbouts to celebrate the rich African American roots of jazz during the month of February. Concerts will take place at noon Feb. 12 at the Bellview Library, 6425 Mobile Highway, on 11 a.m. Feb. 14 at the Molino Branch Library, 6450A U.S. 95A, 1 p.m. Feb. 15 at the Southwest Library, 12248 Gulf Beach Highway, 1 p.m. Feb. 23 at the Tryon Library, 1200 Langley Ave., and noon Feb. 27 at the Pensacola Library, 239 Spring St. There will be a special program for kids at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 24 at the Pensacola Library. Morning at the Museum

9 a.m., doors; 10:30 a.m., presentation; Tuesday, Feb. 27. National Naval Aviation Museum, 1750 Radford Blvd. Delight in a Chick-fil-A breakfast, captivating presentations from the National Naval Aviation Museum's curatorial staff, and a movie in the Giant Screen Theater. Celtic Woman 20th Anniversary Tour

7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 27. Saenger Theatre, 118 S. Palafox St. The Celtic Woman 20th Anniversary Tour will be delighting audiences with its fresh blend of traditional and contemporary Irish music that echoes Ireland's rich musical and cultural heritage while reflecting the vibrant spirit of modern Ireland. Grave Chorus

Dirtwire: The Four Directions Tour

7 p.m., doors; 8 p.m., show; Thursday, Feb. 29. Vinyl Music Hall, 2 S. Palafox St. Dirtwire stands poised between ancient Mother Earth and modern technology, a blend of ethnomusicology and the psychedelic trance state, gut-bucket delta blues and what the band variously dubs “back-porch space cowboy blues, swamptronica, and electro-twang.” It’s a sound informed by Dirtwire’s travels and performances around the globe, where East meets West and North joins South. $20. The Pensacola Film Festival

Friday through Sunday, March 1 through 3. SCI Building, 220 W. Garden St. Pensacola Cinema Art and Innisfree Hotels and The Studer Family of Companies are proud to present the 2024 Pensacola Film Festival. Films will include all of the 2024 Oscar-nominated short films, animated, live action and documentary. Also showing is the feature film, Zone of Interest, and Oscar nominee for Best Picture and Best Foreign Film. $10 donation per person, per film. Free snacks and wine. Free parking. Laguna’s Music Festival

11 a.m. Friday and Saturday, March 1 and 2. Laguna's Beach Bar and Grill, 460 Pensacola Beach Blvd. Laguna’s Music Festival will feature three stages, an adventure park, live art, food trucks, afterparties, and more. The celebration features over 40 acts including performances by What So Not (Live), Sidepiece, Blossom, DJ Susan, Felix Cartel, Glass Petals, The Sponges, and Tvboo. Cost: $125 to $155. Gimme Disco

Fifth annual Crawfish Boil

Noon Saturday, March 2. Emerald Republic Brewing, 1414 W. Government St. Enjoy a full day of food, music, and good vibes during the fifth annual Crawfish Boil at Emerald Republic. Cub's Crawfish will be out front from noon to 7 p.m. boiling crawfish and fixings for attendees to fest on. Raffle prizes include free crawfish from Cub’s and beer from Emerald Republic. Grog March

4 p.m. Saturday, March 2. O'Riley's Irish Pub, 321 S. Palafox St. O’Riley’s hosts its annual Grog March pub crawl to benefit Manna Food Pantries. Customers can join for $15 and are encouraged to bring at least two canned food items for donation. The pub crawl will begin at O’Riley’s and will move on to other local bars. Mozart, Mahler & Mendelssohn

7:30 p.m. Saturday, March 2. Saenger Theatre, 118 S. Palafox St. Join the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra for an exploration of metaphorical light and darkness through the works of musical giants. This program features Mozart’s Symphony No. 40, one of his few major works in a minor key, and Felix Mendelssohn’s Calm Sea and Prosperous Voyage, inspired by the poetry of Johan Wolfgang von Goethe. Soprano Susan Platts joins the orchestra for Gustav Mahler’s Kindertotenlieder, which sets to music the poetry of Friedrich Rückert stemming from an outpouring of grief as he processed the deaths of his two children. One World, Many Voices

3:30 p.m. Sunday, March 3. First Baptist Church of Pensacola, 500 N. Palafox St. The Pensacola Children’s Chorus presents One World, Many Voices, a show that will transport the audience around the world, featuring music with lively rhythms and instruments from many different cultures. Join over 250 singers as they set the tone for an afternoon dedicated to the promotion of peace and understanding with “Sim Shalom,” a heartfelt prayer for global harmony.
