MONDAY

Pensacola Memorial Day Concert

1 p.m. Monday, May 27. Hunter Amphitheater, Community Maritime Park, 301 W. Main St. The Memorial Day concert is an annual concert performed by the Pensacola Civic Band that honors our country’s veterans, service men and women as well as military families. This concert reflects and honors the bravery and sacrifice of those who gave their lives for our nation. The Pensacola Civic Band, along with the 151st Army Band, will perform songs in tribute to the United States of America, the true heroes who have defended our freedom, and the service men and women who continue that pledge today. Monday Night Blues

7 p.m. Monday, May 27. Seville Quarter, 130 E. Government St. Seville Quarter and the Blues Society of Northwest Florida are bringing the “blues” back to the Seville Quarter Entertainment District. Bands on the Beach

7 p.m. Tuesday, May 28. Gulfside Pavilion at Casino Beach, Pensacola Beach. Bands on the Beach is Pensacola Beach's popular outdoor summer concert series with performers for every musical taste. Featuring a lineup of regional artists, the series delivers an eclectic musical experience throughout the entire summer. This week features Disco Kiss. Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon Fiesta Days Celebration

7:15 p.m. Wednesday, May 29. Seville Quarter, 130 E. Government St. Be sure to join the Surrender of the City in Phineas Phoggs at Seville Quarter as local dignitaries such as the mayor, fire chief, supervisor of elections, Escambia County sheriff and Pensacola Naval Air Station’s commanding officer surrender the city of Pensacola and its citizens to DeLuna and his queen for the Fiesta season. Bands on the Blackwater Fall Concert Series

Fried Green Friday

Grand Fiesta Parade

7 p.m. Friday, May 31. Downtown Pensacola. Come catch some beads, hear the sounds of local high school marching bands, and enjoy watching beautiful floats parade through downtown. Bring the entire family to one of Pensacola’s favorite Fiesta events. Nirvanna - Tribute to Nirvana & The Linkin Park Tribute

Fiesta Boat Parade

Saturday, June 1. Pensacola Bay. Join Fiesta as DeLuna's court, crew and parade of vessels set sail on the beautiful Pensacola Bay. To watch the cruise from land, the best views will be from Sanders Beach-Corinne Jones Resource Center or Plaza de Luna in downtown Pensacola. More info: fiestapensacola.org.

Amazing Kids Day

9 a.m. Saturday, June 1. Jean & Paul Amos Performance Studio, Pensacola State College, 1000 College Blvd. WSRE PBS is hosting the second annual Amazing Kids Day for families affected by autism. This is a free, sensory-friendly event for children with special needs to explore fun, educational activities. At the same time, parents and caregivers can learn about some of the local family resources available to them. The following organizations have signed up to take part with educational resources and fun activities designed for kids with autism: The Arc Gateway, Autism Pensacola, Be the Miracle, Western Panhandle Early Steps, Epilepsy Alliance Florida, Escambia Westgate School, Florida Advanced Technological Education, Life Horse and Pensacola Opera. Margie Shortt Dance Studio: Once Upon A Time

7 p.m. Saturday, June 1. Saenger Theatre, 118 S. Palafox St. Margie Shortt Dance Studio provides students with an exciting performance experience through its final production in their annual showcase of the dance school. Concert spectators are invited to bring coolers and lawn chairs.
