Bands on the Beach

7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1. Gulfside Pavilion at Casino Beach, Pensacola Beach. Pensacola Beach's popular outdoor summer concert series with performers for every musical taste. Featuring a lineup of regional artists, Bands on the Beach delivers an eclectic musical experience throughout the entire summer. This week features Mr. Big & The Rhythm Sisters. Sportsman's Night Out

5 p.m., doors; 6:30 p.m., show; Thursday, Aug. 3. Pensacola Bay Center, 201 E. Gregory St. Marcus Pointe Baptist Church is bringing Sportsman’s Night Out back to the Bay Center. This year’s special guests are Willie Robertson, the CEO of Duck Commander and Buck Commander and star of A&E’s “Duck Dynasty”, and Hank Parker, one of America's best-known fishing personalities and host of one of the longest-running fishing shows on TV, “Hank Parker’s Outdoor Magazine.” Tickets start at $10. FRIDAY

Gulf Islands National Seashore Fee Free Day

5 a.m. Friday, Aug. 4. Gulf Islands National Seashore at Fort Pickens, Opal Beach, and Perdido Key. National parks are America’s best idea, and there are more than 400 parks available to everyone, every day. The fee-free days provide an opportunity to visit a new place or an old favorite, especially one of the parks that normally charge an entrance fee. The entrance fee waiver for fee-free days does not cover amenity or user fees for activities such as camping, boat launches, transportation, or special tours. Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret.

1 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Aug. 4 and 5. The Studer/SCI Building, 220 W. Garden St. Pensacola Cinema Art presents their screening of Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret, a 2023 American coming-of-age comedy-drama film written and directed by Kelly Fremon Craig, based on the 1970 novel of the same name by Judy Blume. Flow Tribe

7 p.m., doors; 8 p.m., show; Friday, Aug. 4. Vinyl Music Hall, 2 S. Palafox St. Founded in 2004, Flow Tribe solidified in the wake of Hurricane Katrina's destruction with the mission to bring the next generation of the New Orleans' sound of unstoppable rhythm and passion to the world. The next 15 years would find the band performing over 120 shows a year crossing the country multiple times from the biggest festival stages to freak shows. Liverpool Legends Beatles Experience

Palafox St. Liverpool Legends are four incredibly talented musicians and actors hand-picked by Louise Harrison - sister of the late George Harrison of The Beatles. Louise's involvement in Liverpool Legends makes them the only Beatles tribute band with a direct family link to the original Fab Four. Imagine being completely immersed in more than 300 of the greatest works of post-Impressionist artist Vincent Van Gogh. The 1985 American science fantasy comedy film was written and directed by John Hughes and stars Anthony Michael Hall, Ilan Mitchell-Smith, and Kelly LeBrock. It is based on the 1951 pre-Code comic "Made of the Future" by Al Feldstein, which appeared in the magazine of the same name.
