The Beaches to Woodlands Tour is here and it brings a great time to enjoy the natural attractions at Adventures Unlimited located just north of in the Blackwater River State Forest. Enjoy the changing colors and excitement while doing one of the Canopy Zipline Tours. Bands on the Beach

7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 29. Gulfside Pavilion at Casino Beach, Pensacola Beach. Pensacola Beach's popular outdoor summer concert series with performers for every musical taste. Featuring a lineup of regional artists, Bands on the Beach delivers an eclectic musical experience throughout the entire summer. This week features Jay Williams Band. Palafox St. "The Hiding Place" relates the true story of Corrie ten Boom who, together with her sister, Betsie, and father, Casper, hid Jews in their home during the Nazi occupation of Holland in World War II. The dynamic cast is comprised of local performers of all ages, including Angel Award-winning singer Alisha Burke (Best Performing Artist, 2021) and singer and recording artist James Strasburg. This will be an opportunity for the public to bring items for area antique dealers and experts to appraise. Tickets are $5, which allows attendees to have one object appraised. Additional objects may be appraised for $3 apiece. Sponsored by the Pensacola Historic Preservation Society, Inc. to benefit the Society's historical outreach programs including the Quina House Museum.
