Things Are Getting Romantic Between Pete Davidson and Kaia Gerber
In surprising couple news, Kaia Gerber and Pete Davidson have been dating for the last couple months; maybe it's an opposites attract, match made in heaven kind of thing? While many thought this could be just a fling, the statuesque model and the SNL cast member seem to be going strong still and things look to be getting more serious by the day.
They started out as "just friends" but after watching various romantic comedies over the years, literally anyone could predict where that would go.

They Started Out As Friends
After reportedly first meeting at the Alexander Wang fashion show at the end of May, the two were not seen together until October. According to Page Six, Pete was seen leaving Kaia's New York City apartment. They were later photographed having lunch together at Sadelle's the same afternoon. However, no relationship was yet confirmed.
Another restaurant patron told Us Weekly, "They were having lunch and laughing together as they ate. Pete appeared happy to be with Kaia, and she seemed like she was into Pete, though there was no PDA.”
Dinner Dates
After having dinner together at Nobu in Malibu on November 4, speculation was rife that these two might actually be more than friends. However, witnesses have claimed the pair didn't appear romantic with each other.
But, who knows? Celebrities like to keep their relationships so private these days, maybe the couple was just trying not to fan the paparazzi flames.
A witness in the restaurant told E!, "They had a casual two-hour dinner at Nobu on Monday night. It seemed friendly and there wasn't anything outwardly romantic going on. They sat across from each other and talked throughout their dinner."
Still Just Friends?
Though all reports up until now have been purely speculative, and the two appeared to be "just friends" reports are now coming out that things might be heating up.
Just this week, a source told E!, "Kaia and Pete are definitely in a romantic relationship. They have been friends for a while now and run in the same friend circle, but became romantic recently. They started hanging out alone more often after meeting up in NYC in October. Kaia expressed she loved Pete's personality. She thinks he is charming and is very intrigued."
Things Have Taken A Turn For The Romantic
It seems they are finally open to showing some PDA and/or things have just now become romantic between them.
Us Weekly reports they seemed hot and heavy while on a dinner date at Sugarfish on November 12. A source told the publication, "she looked super into him." They said of the couple, "she kept reaching out to touch his hands. They were whispering to each other the whole time.” I don't know about you but I don't show affection like that with any of my male friends.
It seems the twosome may be feeling things out right now, and we'll have to see where this goes. At the moment though, it seems their relationship is headed in a more exclusive direction.
