Seiche Dance Collective

Seiche Dance Collective will perform Seiche Cabaret Soiree this Thursday, 6 to 9 p.m., at Kellar's, A Modern Magic & Comedy Club, 1402 State St. Tickets start at $30. The show includes professional dancing and entertainment, featuring guest performers Jade Leah Burns and Curtis Jones III. General admission tickets are $30. VIP tables of four up front are $120. Queer Open Mic

This Thursday, and every third Thursday of the month, from 6 to 10 p.m., Compton's Table, a gay youth social group in Erie, hosts an open mic night for musicians, comics and poets. All queer performers are welcome to the venue at 3104 State St. The evening is open for 18 and older, and those older than 21 (with ID) can bring their own beverages. $5 donations welcome. Wicked Erie Walking Tour

Justin Dombrowski, local author of "Murder and Mayhem in Erie, Pennsylvania," "The Backyard Strangler," and newly released book, "Wicked Erie," will give a tour of five downtown Erie crime scenes on Saturday.

The author will tell the tales of Erie's history of executions, the conviction of one of Erie's youngest criminal defendants, the story of one of the most sensational criminal trials ever heard in Erie and more. The tour will wrap up at Perry's Tavern in the Flagship City Food Hall where they have extended their Happy Hour special until 9 p.m. Enjoy a spooky cocktail and ask Justin any of your burning questions about Erie's history of "Murder and Mayhem."

Tickets are $20 for Hagen History Center or Erie Federal Credit Union members and $25 for non-members. Tours will happen rain or shine (if weather is severe, cancellation and refund will occur). Eeerie Fall Fest

Our West Bayfront is celebrating fall traditions in Gridley Park on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The free festival will include a trick-or-treat parade, crafts, carriage rides, games and more. For more information, visit www.ourwestbayfront.org, or call 814-871-7960.

Fall Fest downtown

Erie Downtown Partnership will put on a Fall Fest in Perry Square Sunday, including live music from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Other events include magic shows, face painting and kids' activities. For more information, visit facebook.com/ErieDowntownPartnership. The musical lineup includes:

Alan Cumming & Ari Shapiro

Alan Cumming (“Cabaret,” “The Good Wife”) and Ari Shapiro (NPR’s “All Things Considered,” Pink Martini) will perform an evening of tunes and tall tales titled “Och & Oy! A Considered Cabaret,” with musical direction by Henry Koperski. The concert is Wednesday, Oct. 25, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., at Mary D'Angelo Performing Arts Center, 501 East 38th St. Tickets are $55 and can be purchased at miac.universitytickets.com.
