Thea Hail has earned a future title shot.
The June 6 episode of WWE NXT was headlined by a number one contender’s battle royal to determine the first challenger for Tiffany Stratton’s NXT Women’s Championship.
Halfway through the bout, Blair Davenport walked down to the ring, which lured Roxanne Perez out briefly. While they brawled, Tatum Paxley leaped out onto Perez to signify her alliance with Davenport.
Then the final four appeared to be down to Fallon Henley, Dana Brooke, Kiana James, and Cora Jade. Henley tossed out James, and then Brooke pushed Henley off. When it looked like Jade and Brooke were the last two, Thea Hail returned from ringside to play spoiler. After a brief battle, Hail pushed out both Brooke and Jade to win the match.
