'The Voice' Crooner Jeffery Austin Premieres Acoustic Version of 'Only You'

Jeffery Austin started off as Team Gwen’s dark horse on The Voice last fall, but then he galloped all the way to the top four and the Season 9 finale. He’s kept that momentum going by gigging around his newly adopted home city of Los Angeles, co-hosting “The Day After” on Yahoo Music, and posting stellar covers on his YouTube channel. But now, a year after his star turn on national TV, he’s really ready to take his post-Voice career to the next level, releasing his first original single, “Only You.”

Fans of Jeffery’s soulful, emotive interpretations of heartbreak ballads by Sam Smith, Adele, Jessie Ware, Robyn, Labrinth, and James Bay on The Voice will find much to like about “Only You,” which is the first song Jeffery has written by himself. Yahoo Music’s Reality Rocks is excited to premiere an exclusive acoustic version, shot in Yahoo’s gorgeous new Playa Vista studio, with Jeffery’s Voice castmate and producer, Timothy Atlas, playing guitar.
