'The Muppets:' Watch Miss Piggy Flip Out Over Being Called 'Irrelevant'

On Tuesday’s episode of The Muppets, the gang was visited by the network and informed that their show needed some serious rebranding. A branding guru by the name of Pizza, pronounced Pa-chay, informed the Muppets that they needed to incorporate more Snapchat and Instagram and Tweet everything and anything and, most importantly, just be relevant. Miss Piggy did not take a liking to being called “old” and “irrelevant,” so in natural Miss Piggy fashion, she braided her hair and twerked for the other Muppets in the boardroom. Kermit and Miss Piggy, desperate to not lose the show, meet with their dear friends Key and Peele and discover that Pizza could actually be the end of their show biz career. After a late night — and by late night, I mean overnight at the office — the group put their brains and talents together and rebranded the show.

Pepé performed an Uber driving bit, Bobo gave a dramatic stage reading of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and Miss Piggy and Kermit sang an old classic, “The Swing Song.”

The Muppets airs Tuesdays at 8:30 on ABC.
