'The Grinder' Sneak Peek: Timothy Olyphant and Dean Talk Male Objectification

On Tuesday’s Thanksgiving episode of The Grinder, Justified’s Timothy Olyphant guest stars as himself, a fellow actor and frenemy of Dean (Rob Lowe). As we saw in Yahoo TV’s first look, the two share a heart-to-heart on the beach in one of the flashbacks that will reveal the events that led to Dean’s departure from his hit legal drama, The Grinder, and its cancellation.

In the exclusive sneak peek above, the two discuss Dean’s crisis of conscience after being asked to go shirtless. “You are an actor, you’re not a piece of meat,” Olyphant says (while wearing a wetsuit). “You can’t just take your shirt off, unless it’s…”

“Justified,” Dean answers.

Olyphant encourages Dean to take back his dignity, walk away, and follow his bliss. “The answers are not out there,” he says, pointing to the ocean, “they’re in here, brother. And you can find them, with your shirt on.”

The Grinder airs Tuesdays at 8:30 p.m. on Fox.
