Thanksgiving to go in Memphis: Here's where to pick up everything for your holiday feast

Chefs across Memphis are on a mission to help you have a stress-free Thanksgiving. They are offering to cook your turkeys, hams, sides and desserts. All you will have to do is reheat and serve.

Here are some of the Memphis-owned establishments that want to help make a dish (or the whole meal) for your holiday table.

Buster's Butcher

Buster’s Butcher is offering both Roasted and Smoked Turkeys, as well as Brined Turkeys if you want to cook your bird yourself. Choose from a small (10-14 pounds) or a large (16-20 pounds) turkey.

Buster’s also has an assortment of sides for you to simply pop in the oven and bake. Options include Macaroni and Cheese, Creamed Spinach, Hashbrown Casserole and Cranberry Salad.

Chef Tam's Underground Café

Chef Tam’s Underground Café is offering Cajun Fried Turkeys, as well as a Pineapple-Upside Down Ham, a Brown Sugar Ham and Oxtails on its Thanksgiving menu.

An assortment of Southern sides is available to accompany your meal. Alongside all the classics, Chef Tam will also be making her famous Muddy Mac (with Shrimp and Crawfish).

And save room for dessert, she has nine sweet options ranging from sweet potato pie to rum cake.

Cindy Krag Gourmet To Go

Germantown caterer and prepared foods shop Cindy Krag Gourmet To Go is offering a Thanksgiving menu that includes Smoked Turkey, Smoked Ham, Beef Tenderloin and Pecan Encrusted Pork Tenderloin. Also on the menu are an assortment of ten different sides and appetizers like cheese balls and Fall charcuterie boards.

Pies will be available from Miss Muff’n Bakery.

Corky’s

In addition to smoking ribs, Corky’s also smokes some pretty tasty turkeys and hams for your holiday table. Options include hickory-smoked whole turkeys and honey-glazed spiral-sliced hams.

Corky’s also offers a few traditional sides if you don’t want to make every casserole on your table this year.

Order a la carte or one of the “Feast” menu options that include the meat of your choice, two sides and giblet gravy. Pickup is available at all Corky’s locations. You don’t even have to get out of your car — you can pick up at the drive-thru window.

Cordelia’s Market

Cordelia’s Market in Harbor Town wants to do all the cooking for you. This year’s offerings include a large selection of made-from-scratch, in-house dishes, as well as various appetizers, sides and desserts from local vendors such as Oh! Grate, Las Delicias, Muddy’s Bake Shop and Tom’s Tiny Kitchen.

There is also a Thanksgiving Box for Two that includes two pre-plated Thanksgiving meals, with appetizers, dessert and a bottle of wine.

Curb Side Casseroles

Curb Side Casseroles owner Bradford Williams has built her whole business on making dinnertime stress-free, so it’s no surprise she offers a wide selection of appetizers and sides to help make your Thanksgiving meal stress-free as well.

Curb Side has more than 15 sides on its Thanksgiving menu this year, everything you need from cornbread dressing to sweet potatoes with praline topping to sweet corn pudding.

And here’s a helpful “get-ahead” tip. Most of Curb Side’s items are frozen, so you can order early and pick up during the week you place your order and have it ready and waiting at home in your freezer.

The Grecian Gourmet

The Grecian Gourmet may have closed its Downtown restaurant, but the owners are still busy cooking their Grecian specialties for catering orders and grocery store shelves.

Offerings include a full Rack of Lamb, Moussaka, Spanakopita and Baklava.

Order them as “The Full Feast” that includes everything you need for 20 guests, a “Mix and Match Feast” that includes your choice of two entrees, two sides and a dessert, or a la carte in half sheet pans that can feed a crowd. There are also several vegetarian options, including a “Vegetarian Feast” complete meal.

Items come frozen with detailed reheating instructions.

The Four Way restaurant is offering several options for your holiday table. Choose from one of two whole turkey packages that include sides like cornbread dressing, gravy and a side of your choice. There are also feast options with all the fixings for either four or two people.

Many of the most popular sides are available by the half pan (feeds 21 to 25 guests). Options include macaroni and cheese, turnip greens, yams and green beans. Cakes, pies and cobblers are also available.

One & Only BBQ’s smoked turkey breast is a year-round favorite, so it’s no surprise that this local barbecue chain usually sells more than 1,000 whole smoked turkeys each holiday season.

This year, whole smoked turkeys (choose from 12-14 pounds or 19-22 pounds), smoked spiral hams and sides such as Dutch Crust Sweet Potato Casserole and Cornbread Stuffing are on the holiday menu. Pans of the popular Millie’s Banana Pudding are available as well. Turkeys and hams can be picked up hot or cold.

Restaurant Iris

Restaurant Iris wants to do your holiday cooking for you. Expect side dishes like Spinach Madeline and Brussels Sprouts Salad for your Thanksgiving table. Items like Lemongrass Shrimp Creole, Duck and Andouille Gumbo and Quiche Lorraine are also available to help you with your holiday weekend entertaining.

Most items come in three sizes, feeding 1-2 people, 4-6 people or 8-10 people.

In addition, The Cupboard will offer spiral-sliced hams and whole roast turkeys.
