Test your stomach's limits with these food challenges in Cincinnati

People eat a lot of food, often three times a day. It's practically essential.

When you do something so often, it can get boring. But when a free T-shirt is on the line, things get interesting real quick. So this summer, spice up your food habits with a good ol' fashioned food challenge.

Sure, you could sweat through some way-too-hot wings in an attempt to defeat the Blazin' Challenge at Buffalo Wild Wings or the Atomic Scorpion Challenge at Quaker Steak & Lube, but why not keep your scarfing local? Here are all the food challenges we could find in the Greater Cincinnati area.

When it comes to those free T-shirts, you might want to ask for a size up. These are all belt-looseners for sure.
