Teresa Giudice Got the Most Over-the-Top Birthday Cake from Her Boyfriend, Louie

On Mother's Day, which falls shortly before her May 18 birthday, Teresa Giudice was showered with love — and delicious food. The Real Housewives of New Jersey mama celebrated the special day with a homemade brunch prepared by her daughters. Her boyfriend, Luis "Louie" Ruelas, also surprised her with two boxes of cookies ... including some that were covered with sprinkles. And since none of Teresa's family celebrations are complete without a cake, it's only natural that there was an eye-popping confection on hand. Make that two confections.

In Instagram shares from her trip to the Hamptons over Mother's Day weekend, Teresa showed a romantic snap of herself and her beau. The pair was cuddled up over a cake that spoke to Teresa's jet-setting, yogi heart. From Treemendous Florists Flora Linda, the fabulous dessert featured a globe covered with hearts, as well as a figure striking a tree pose on the beach.

According to the event-design firm, Louie had commissioned the cake as an early birthday gift for Teresa, who will be celebrating her 49th spin around the sun this month. And. it wasn't the only bakery treat he ordered.

In an Instagram post, Treemendous Florists wrote: "This week I had the wonderful pleasure of delivering flowers & an incredible Mother’s Day Cake & a Birthday cake for my very favorite [Teresa Giudice] and planned by [Louie Ruelas]."

For the mothers in his life, Teresa's love had also ordered a gorgeous, three-tiered cake. Iced with pastel frosting, the springtime dessert was covered with flowers.
