Teresa Giudice and kids reunite with Joe Giudice in Italy: 'We’re back'

The Giudice family, who rose to fame on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, is together again for the first time in over three years. Teresa Giudice and her four daughters — Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 10 — traveled to Italy where Joe Giudice is awaiting a ruling in his deportation case. Gia shared the family photo on Instagram writing, "We're back."

"YES!" Teresa’s brother Joe commented on the photo. "Love you."

"Love it," added RHONJ star Dolores Catania.

It's the first time Teresa and Joe, who completed a 41-month prison sentence for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud in March, have seen each other in person in three years and eight months. After Joe's release, he was transferred to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Pennsylvania. Joe's request to return to Italy amid his deportation appeal was granted in October. Although he has lived in the U.S. since he was a baby, Joe never obtained American citizenship.

Teresa and Joe (via satellite) gave a joint interview to Andy Cohen on Oct. 27 for a special episode of Watch What Happens Live. The couple, who have been married 20 years, admitted they were unsure if they would stay together.

"I’m waiting until I get [to Italy] to see if I feel differently," Teresa admitted. "I just feel like when you live apart. … He says the same thing, when he sees me, he may not want this either. We’ll know when we see each other."

Prior to Joe's prison sentence, Teresa served time behind bars on the same charges. Both said they believe the other has been unfaithful at some point during their marriage.

"If we stay together, we stay together, if we don’t, we don’t," Joe said. "It’s a conversation, we’ll see. … As long as she’s happy, that’s all that really matters. I’m not going to tell her what to do. If she doesn’t feel like she wants to be with me anymore, then that’s the thing to do."

Teresa and Joe, both 47, said they still love each other but don't have a desire to be in a long-distance marriage if his appeal is denied. Naturally, Bravo cameras are filming the family reunion in Italy.
