When he was 8, the Gravelles were arrested and the children were moved to other homes. Simon hasn’t seen many of his siblings since that day 10 years ago.

“I think about it every day. I miss my twin sister. I miss my brother. I miss all of them, really,” Simon tells Dr. Phil on Wednesday’s episode.
