Portwood Allegedly Verbally, Physically Abused Glennon
Apparent leaked audio has "Teen Mom OG" star Amber Portwood physically and verbally abusing boyfriend Andrew Glennon.
The audio contains obscenities, including the R-word, aimed at Glennon, with a threat: "I'm going to stab you in the neck."
Audio May Be Triggering For Some
The audio, from December 2018, hasn't been verified, but it ran on the "Without A Crystal Ball" YouTube channel which ran Sept. 13. The dialogue in question starts about 3 minutes in.
Warning: The audio contains obscenities in what sounds like a violent encounter between the two.
Argument Over Having a Baby?
The two were apparently discussing having a baby at some point. Portwood has a 10-year-old daughter with her ex, Gary Shirley.
She's allegedly heard saying “I said that I wanted a baby later when I was in my 30s! 32 was when I wanted to have a baby.”
It sounds as if she's physically abusing Glennon, who can be heard saying, “Ow! Stop! I’m holding James! Stop hitting me....You’re going to throw something at me and the baby?"
Portwood says, "I wasn’t attacking you Andrew! I will do whatever I f—ing please! I am five foot f—ing two and for you to sit there and say I f—ing attacked you, I will not do this s— again. I have lawyers up the a—!”
Then she defends herself, saying, “People say things all the time when they’re pissed off."
She then apparently makes a slur against people with intellectual challenges:
“That’s not an excuse. And, no [the threat] will not hold up in court. ...You are really dumb, OK? For you to even say that is stupid, and r—tarded and you’re an idiot. You should not have woke me up this morning. I told you a million times!”
Fans Demand She Be Kicked Off the Show
Fans are calling for Portwood to be fired.
"@MTVNEWS waiting for the news that mtv no longer supports an abusive loser named @amberportwood and her domestic violence. She needs serious help and using the R word is 100% not acceptable in any form," wrote mrs cree.
"Disgusting @Viacom @MTV y’all better end this whole trash!!!" wrote Midwest Meg.
