“Teen Mom: Family Reunion” season 3 preview: 'I've always wanted a Teen Mom orgy!'

In the new season of MTV's spin-off, the Moms (and their mens) are heading to Colombia to get turnt up — and do some therapy.

The Teen Moms and their significant others are headed to South America to get turnt up — and do some therapy.

EW has the exclusive first look at Teen Mom: Family Reunion season 3, in which an assemblage of franchise stars travel to Cartagena, Colombia, to tackle their issues with help from relationship coaches Dr. Mike Dow and Michaiah Dominguez. Taking part this season are Catelynn and Tyler Baltierra, Maci and Tyler McKinney, Jade Cline and Sean Austin, Cheyenne Floyd and Zach Davis, Cory Wharton and Taylor Selfridge, Briana DeJesus, Kayla Sessler and Ryan Leigh, Mackenzie McKee and Khesanio Hall, Leah Messer, and Kiaya Elliot. The new season premieres Wednesday, March 13, at 8 p.m. on MTV.

When the Teen Moms and their men aren't in therapy... well, this happens:

Yes, that's Zach Davis baring all during a raucous pool party. "Get parents away from their kids, and it's bound to turn up the heat," says Catelynn. The Challenge regular (and father to Cheyenne's daughter, Ryder) Cory Wharton hollers, "I've always wanted a Teen Mom orgy!"

But this season isn't all about getting crunk on fruity cocktails. The trailer also features some more vulnerable moments: we see Maci tearfully remembering a critique of her abilities as a mother, and a tense moment between Cory and Taylor, who reveals that she's been cheated on "in every relationship." That said, there's also a clip of Cory leading a blindfolded Taylor to a secluded area on the beach — might a proposal be in the offing? Watch the full trailer above.

Teen Mom: Family Reunion season 2 premieres Wednesday, March 13 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on MTV.
