Chelsea Houska wasn't too impressed with infant son Watson this week. The "Teen Mom 2" star took to her Instagram stories on Thursday for a little mommy-and-me time with her 2-year-old, and it looked like he'd gotten himself into a spot of trouble.

Chelsea's stories showed her looking cozy and relaxed indoors as she cuddled up to her cutie pie son – FYI, things turned a lot hotter in separate stories as the famous redhead posted a shirtless video of hunky husband Cole DeBoer showing off his new mullet.

Chelsea didn't start out by mentioning the dinner incident. She was simply addressing her followers, but Watson peeking his head into the camera's frame made things take a different direction.

"Um, somebody...," she began, adding:

"Somebody stuck a green bean up their nose at dinner huh?"

Watson then started giggling with his infectious laugh, prompting a loving (but slightly unimpressed) Chelsea to continue.

"Did daddy have to pull it out with the tweezers?" she asked.

Watson seemed to reply that it was a yes, with Chelsea also asking him if he was supposed to have done that.

5.7 Million Instagram Followers Make Her The Most-Followed 'Teen Mom'

Chelsea's popularity is shooting ahead. The star has the most Instagram followers out of all of the "Teen Mom" cast – Chelsea is followed by 5.7 million people.

Meanwhile, former "Teen Mom OG" star Farrah Abraham has been making headlines for losing another 80,000 followers. The 28-year-old's following dipped to 2 million in 2020, seeing more and more users unsubscribe from her TikTok videos and racy content.

Chelsea's Instagram showcases her family life, but it's equally earning her some mega cash. Here's how.

The New Face Of Weight Loss Brand, Profile Sanford

Chelsea is an active influencer on Instagram. Alongside promoting Lauribelles clothing (she also has a collab with the label), the star is the new face of weight-loss brand Profile Sanford.

As to how much Chelsea could be earning from her influencing, Vox broke it down.

"Influencers with up to 1 million followers can get $10,000 [per post], depending on the platform, and 1 million followers and up, you’re getting into territory where they can charge $100,000. Some can even get $250,000 for a post! Especially if the content is on Youtube and the influencer is in the gaming industry."

Leah Messer's Weight Loss Promo Had Fans Unfollowing Her

Chelsea hasn't received too much backlash for her Profile Sanford promos. The star has taken to her stories to outline that she eats the brand's bars, also crediting its diet plans with keeping her in tip-top shape.

Feedback was more aggressive earlier this year as co-star Leah Messer promoted Flat Tummy App, though. Fans actually threatened to unfollow the "Teen Mom 2" face.

Chelsea also has a celebrity fanbase on Instagram. Her account is followed by Britney Spears' sister Jamie Lynn, country singer Jessie James Decker, plus co-stars Kailyn Lowry, Maci Bookout, and Leah Messer.
