'Teen Mom 2' Star Jenelle Evans Is Asking For Prayers As Her Anxiety Flares Up

"Teen Mom 2" alum Jenelle Evans suffers a fear of flying, as do so many other people, so she took to her Instagram Story on Sunday to ask for support. "Flying today, asking for prayers. Already having esophagus cramping," she wrote.

It's unclear where Evans is flying, although in an update to her Story on Monday morning she shared a clip of a snowy scene and indicated it was 29 degrees. So clearly she went somewhere cold.

Evans just started posting to Instagram again a week ago after taking a social media break following her split from estranged husband David Eason.

"'Sometimes you have to kind of die inside in order to rise from your own ashes and believe in yourself and love yourself to become a new person.' - Gerard Way," she captioned her first post back.

Evans made the announcement that she was leaving Eason on Halloween.

"I've mostly kept off social media these past few days because I've been focused on making some big life decisions. I've lived my life on camera since I was 17 years old. And a lot of it hasn't been pretty. But its been my life. Like anyone else I want what's best for my kids and I want to be happy. With time away from Teen Mom I've started to look at my life differently and I know I need to make changes. I'm starting that now," she wrote at the time.

"The kids and I have moved away from David. Nobody gets into a marriage expecting it to end but I know what is best for me, and for my kids. Today I've filed papers to start that process. I appreciate the support from everybody who has asked me how I am. Me and the kids are doing great. We need some time to be together. But you'll hear from us again soon," she continued.

On Wednesday, she shared a cute holiday photo with her kids with the caption, "Wishing you all a Merry Christmas from my family to yours!"
