'Teen Mom 2': Jenelle Evans Dating 'Hunky' Water Meter Installer Weeks After David Eason Split
It looks like Jenelle Evans is dating again – and she didn't waste much time. The "Teen Mom 2" star is still making headlines for the October 31 Instagram post announcing her split from husband David Eason, but there's fresh news.
The Sun reports that Jenelle has found herself a boyfriend. The British newspaper states 28-year-old Jenelle to be dating Boston "hunk" Herb Wilkinson. Herb is 31 years old and works as a water meter installer.
"She has been talking to someone," a source told the newspaper.
Instagram Shows Them Eating Out, He Says: 'Smile Babe'
Newspaper sources might make for juicy gossip, but there's nothing like a little evidence. On December 30, Herb posted an Instagram video of him and Jenelle eating out.
A video of the dinner check saw Herb say "Smile babe." Jenelle was then seen sitting down and, as The Sun put it, "smirking at the camera."
The source reporting to The Sun continued by saying that Jenelle is "visiting him because she is interested in him." Jenelle is now living in Nashville, Tennessee, having moved away from Eason. The restraining order Jenelle filed against her estranged husband has been extended into 2020.
The Divorce Announcement
October 31 isn't a day that Jenelle's fans will have forgotten. Her Instagram post made things very clear.
“I’ve mostly kept off social media the past few days because I’ve been focused on making some big life decisions,” she wrote.
“I’ve lived my life on camera since I was 17 years old. And a lot of it hasn’t been pretty but it’s been my life. Like anyone else I want what’s best for my kids and I want to be happy. With the time I took away from Teen mom I’ve started looking at my life differently and I know I need to make changes. I’m starting now," she added.
Christmas With The Kids
Jenelle has mostly stayed low-profile on social media since announcing the split. Her 28th birthday was celebrated with a photoshoot, but little else has been posted.
That said, Jenelle did take to the platform for Christmas. She posted a picture of herself with kids Jace, Kaiser, and Enley. A snap of the three kids without their mom was also posted. Jenelle is keeping the kids away from Eason, having feared for her life on account of Eason's "history of violence" and "erratic behavior."
Shooting And Killing A Dog...Maybe Her Fears Are Justified?
The nitty-gritty of Jenelle and David's marriage may never be known, but David's behavior this year has been more than public. The "Teen Mom 2" face admitted to fatally shooting the family dog Nugget after Nugget allegedly bit 2-year-old Ensley.
Following the incident, Jenelle and her entire family were fired from "Teen Mom 2." There's been talk of Jenelle returning to the franchise, but no confirmation has been made by Jenelle or MTV.
Jenelle has yet to confirm a new relationship, but today's news is still pretty big.
